looks like you'er right, the $44,590 is for ORP with KDSS, the website must not have recognized the XP package. if you do the fascia and wheels seperately they will cost less than the XP package because you don't get the dumb predator steps.
so if you have the dealer do everything with OEM parts the ORP with KDSS is similar msrp price to the TRD Pro, but that doesn't account for pricing after MSRP where dealers sell TRD Pros at stupid prices but will deal on ORPs.
even without the difference in dealer markup, if you source the grill and wheels yourself finding best prices online you'll come out a little ahead with an ORP
