Ok, I wrote2 years ago that after replacing 3 screens, one at my expense, I finally got rid of my '14 4Runner. They wanted me to pay $1400 for they 4th new radio. Anyway, my 2017 Limited radio/touch screen worked fine for 8 months before it died. The tech says the screen "wanders" and when that happens the touch buttons aren't where they should be. Well here I am, at 26 months and 33,000 miles and the screen no longer works. No warranty. So this would be 6 radios in 5 years.
With the latest radio, I never used the navigation and only used the "up" channel changer, just to see what would happen. I can confirm that the buttons wandered. If I push the bottom channel, it activates the next tithe bottom, but since that part of bill the screen, lower left, the navigation "destination" button is gone too.
I'm sure they think I'm the problem.
