It speaks volumes when a company is willing acknowledge the flaws in its product and to accept the constructive feedback of its consumers without providing some placating canned response and offering refunds. Instead, you took quick action to fix the product to be every bit the quality you and your staff hope to represent. This entire exchange and the photos showing said improvements just inspired me to place my order. I cant wait to receive my parts and proudly represent the Artec name.
