Cast iron vs tube manifolds - any benefit?

In the process of my engine replacement. The donor is an 04 engine from a Tacoma, still complete with all accessories and exhaust and crossover pipe

My 97 4runner has the cast manifolds, the 04 engine has the factory tube ones. The cat connection is differnt, the 97 has the two tubes and the 04 one has the single round connection

Are there any flow benefits of the later ones on the taco engine? Versus me swapping the factory manifolds?

I have a supercharger as well if that makes a different
