Black Out Stock Roof Rack

Has anyone had any experience with anything like this to black out their roof rack? I have a 2019 with a stock roof rack and am wanting to black it out temporarily for a year or two until I can get a Baja rack to replace it. I didn't really want to spend the money to get it powder coated for a temporary fix.
