It sounded as though after I got to about line-item 19 out of about 30 line items that this was too much for an assessor to investigate and try to account for under the normal protocols. She stopped me in between breaths and asked the State Farm representative if she could have authorization to move this towards the one ton or commercial side of things. So think in terms of a truck that's been modified for specific use like a work truck that has modifications or something like that but is not a passenger vehicle.
Again, maybe it was just the right combination of people that handled my claim. Who knows...

All I know is if I ever total my rig I'll be asking for a commercial adjuster straight away. That's handy stuff to know even if I don't care how it works on the insurance side of things. lol
