It sounded as though after I got to about line-item 19 out of about 30 line items that this was too much for an assessor to investigate and try to account for under the normal protocols. So think in terms of a truck that's been modified for specific use like a work truck that has modifications or something like that but is not a passenger vehicle.

Again, maybe it was just the right combination of people that handled my claim. Who knows...
