Btw, how is the health outlook for 2020?
My back is doing a lot better, very little pain and numbness in my right leg but I'm still off work. They haven't officially accepted my workman's comp claim so I'm still burning my own time. Luckily I had a ton of vacation time built up.

I think there's a chance I could be back to work in a month or so. The worry is I go back too soon and my disk blows out again. It sort of looks like my disk tore from the MRI and disk nucleus squeezed out putting pressure on the nerve. It takes a while for the disk to heal. Firefighting can be very physical at times even when it's a medical call because people aren't exactly getting lighter.

I've got a great chiropractor I'm seeing 3 times a week and I'm exercising doing core work. walks and easy bike rides. Hopefully i'll continue to improve like I have been. Thanks for asking.
