Fast forward to today, I am getting really fed up with the issue. Does anyone experience their vehicle scratching easily. Any tips on how to proceed? The vehicle is still under warranty.

Probably should have given the car back to the dealership at that time. Pulling a sticker off shouldn't cause the paint to peel off unless you heated it up too much with a heat gun first. That's probably indicative of the rest of the paint too.
