Looking at the existing holes above the bumper, the Dremel idea could work, depending on how deep the lights are. Another thing that could work is making yourself a Satoshi grille, where the intake part is recessed as opposed to your current grille, which is mostly protruded. I know not everyone is into the Satoshi grille look, but I’m a fan of it.
