Remove the bottommost screws from the flares and hammered the pinch weld flat. Also cut the fender liner and the bottom inside of the flare a bit

Fingers crossed I think that might have done it. I know IFS doesn’t have much travel up front, so I cranked the wheel to the right and drove up the curb for some baby flex. It didn’t rub!
