I had the same noise on my 2014 SR5 2wd. around those speeds, if I lightly hit the throttle i could consistently make the noise. Went away if giving more gas or letting off completely. I always thought it sounded like some intake noise hitting a resonant tone or something. I do not have the same sound from my 2018 OR.
