That's just ****ing stupid. Pizza cutter width or 12.5 width, they are both 33" tall, therefore 33s. Where do you get the idea they "have" to be 12.5?? Just because it's your concept doesn't make it fact. Get over yourself with that bullshit.
Pizza cutter 33s probably wouldn't need a BMC with the right wheel offset and might be the better option for anyone not wanting to do one. To each their own.
