Straps: I'd strongly consider a kinetic rope from Yankum for recovery. Tow straps are generally less useful but if you have the room and budget, Factor 55 makes good ones. If you only have money or room for one, definitely go with the kinetic rope.
Tree saver: Warn makes one
Snatch block: Warn makes a nice one
Winch line damper: Whatever weighted piece of fabric you have on hand. A jacket, a piece of firehose as mentioned above etc. This is also less important if using synthetic line as it typically just lays down if it snaps but still not a bad idea.
