Good review.

Your foglights are aimed too high.

You can move them up or down by pushing on the lips of the foglights outside. If the bumper is interfering with movement you have to go back in and mount the lights as far back as possible in the mounts then try again.

I tightened my down as hard as I could without breaking anything. I'm still able to make tiny adjustments by pushing up or down on the lip.
