The 3 nuts/bolts behind your shackles... you can add 1-3 washers between the bumper and frame on the top and 2nd bolt to tilt the bumper forward and eliminate the gap. Coastal Offroad themselves suggested this and even slotted the 22mm bolt to accommodate this.
