Toyota doesn't make the TRD air filter anymore, at least not branded as such. They are made by aFe, so if you get their aFe Pro 5R filter it's the same exact filter that was offered by TRD.
I switched to the aFe filter on my supercharged engine and posted the dyno graph above. There's power to be made over the paper filter.
Disclosure: I do not drive on dirt roads much or off-road much so dirt in the intake isn't a huge issue for me.
