Hate to revive an old thread but just wondering if anyone is running these OEM ceramic pads and how they compare to the original semi-metallics?

1996-2002 4RUNNER Front Brake Pads Genuine Toyota Ceramic 04465-AZ103 | eBay

I have Akebono ceramics on my IS300 and dislike the lack of grab when they're cold so I can only imagine how much worse it could be with a much heavier SUV.
