Are you talking about the short magnetic mount antenna included with the MXT275 (and I'd imagine the 115)? Or adding a NMO style mount should be fairly easy. I've never measured to see if the 3/8" NMO will fit through the circular part, but it could alternatively just enlarge one of them. If that's not your cup of tea any of the generic 90 degree or "fender" NMO mounts should work just fine.
If you wanted to get fancy with it you could look into something like a Diamond trunk lip mount (or SUPER fancy with their motorized one).

Thanks for the responses folks! Was planning on adding an NMO mount to use with the MXTA26 antenna.
