158,000 miles, been garaged. not been registered since 2018 (husband died). used as a vehicle for vacation home. Looks like it has never been vacuumed. Front leather seats torn and hammered. Probably doesn't have service records. Few dings in bumpers but no body damage. Tires have a lot of tread but probably so old they need replacing. Tranny fluid looks good. Oil a bit dirty, airfilter mostly plugged. Very minor surface rust on frame/underbody.
Going to drive it tomorrow and probably make offer. Hopefully all the 4wd systems work including rear locker. taking a creeper to do a thorough inspection.
any suggestions are welcomed! Thanks

Sounds like with a little tlc, you have found a good rig! Frame is the bigges issue check the weld spot on the passenger side next to the muffler. Check and see when the timing belt was done and if it has not been done, figure that into your coat to purchase.
