Toyota bought back my '18 ORP due to steering wheel shake that could not be fixed and I lost close to 3k plus 4 months of insane stress. I only had my '18 for a total of 8 months and 9k miles (~1,000 of which they were test driving it after trying to fix it).
Toyota did as much as they could to help me out. They will offer you extra money back if you purchase another Toyota with your buyback check.
This is how I ended up with my '19 Pro, which also has this "clunk", but I'm not bothered by it.
If you have more questions on the process you can DM me and I'll try to answer as best I can.
Again, good luck!

Thank you.
I recall your saga with Toyota. I also drove a ‘20 Pro and heard the “clunk”. My opinion it was just a normal internal bypass shock “click”, maybe a little more audible. I hear that on mine too. If that were the noise, my truck would have never gone back to the dealer.
