BTW -- the toxic responses that this thread is getting is exactly why many choose not to start threads on this forum, including myself.
That black skid looks bada$$ as well!

The responses aren’t “toxic” at all. You need to be less sensitive. Go to your “safe space.” People are merely asking questions. Not sure why everyone is so “offended” these days when someone questions something they do.
Sure.....TSS, Apple CarPlay, bigger 8” display, new instrument cluster, push button start.....all good reasons to upgrade to a 2020 and when you can basically get almost all of your money back on your trade vehicle, why not? I think you’re missing the point, however. Myself, and other members, were wondering why the OP would purchase a 2020 PRO and then remove all of the parts that actually make it a PRO over an ORP. Once he removed all the port installed parts like the roof rack, wheels, tires, skid plate, suspension and badges, it was no longer a TRD PRO. He could have purchased a 2020 white ORP, gotten the same electronic upgrades and then removed the roof rack, tires, wheels, skid plate and suspension. He would have then been at the EXACT SAME starting point for his build, minus the TRD grill and some LED fogs which could be added for short money. And he probably would have been around $10,000 ahead of the game, assuming most are paying MSRP for a 2020 PRO and getting significant discounts on the other trims.
It’s a legitimate question and a fair question to ask.
