Nope. I live in Pennsylvania with the highest tax rate on fuel in the nation. .57 per gallon taxed on by the state.


I guess other states are different as its cheaper for insurance on older vehicles then new around here. Granted most vehicles over 20 years old are gone around here rusted up and junked. ;-)
