I had 2011 with KDSS and currently have 19 Pro (without KDSS) and 2020 OffRoad with KDSS (and added TRD Fox suspension)… what I would say is don't be afraid of the KDSS cylinder leaks... the 2011 never exhibited any issues until I traded it in for the 19 Pro at 225K kms. my cousin has been driving his Trail /wKDSS since 2010 and no issues. the ride is awesome.
