Suspension Question: Fox 2.0 vs 2.5 Recommendation for Occasional off road

Sorry if I posted in wrong section.

I have a chance to get a great deal on Fox Suspension. I understand the difference of diameter of strut for 2.0 and 2.5. Most of my driving is street and occasional desert like Ocotillo trips.

Question: Would the Fox 2.5 front setups with 600lb springs be smooth or too stiff on pavement or too extreme that I can get by with Fox 2.0? Also, for rears are FJ springs ok for 1.5-2" lift? I don't mind floating over speed bumps but don't want a rough ride on the freeway.

I was hoping to raise 2" all around since stock suspension is already sagging. I didn't want to go higher to have caster issues and addition of Uppers.

Thanks.
