No, it's not self-adjusting. I added a Wilwood proportioning valve at the master cylinder. You set it using a dial and once it's set at a value, it stays there. So the brakes will not self adjust for cargo load.

As Bad Luck said, it's only using the rotor from a 4th Gen. No brake shoes inside the rotor or anything like that. The parking brake on the Mustang caliper is cable actuated.
