If you must spend instead, then consider if you really can do anything at all with a race-inspired suspension in the Midwest. 6112s with maybe Eibach rear is plenty enough. The springs will vary depending on vehicle weight and tires. 650 are really needed here in the West for any serious offroading but 600 make for a PLUSH ride on road. I very much doubt you can use the 650s unless you drive to UT, NM, AZ all the time.

Yeah. That’s a good point. Hoping to move west in the next couple of years so maybe i don’t need to go too crazy right now.
