Lightbulbs and PnP
For lightbulbs I've been shopping here.
Lighting products for the Toyota 4Runner 2003 - 2009

For Headlight housings for 2003-2005 I browse here. They also sell H11 LED's but I have not tried them out.
HID Projector Headlights - Color Shift Headlights - Retrofit Kit

I bought the burtman industries blacked out reflector headlights (2005) but I'm still deployed and I have not installed them yet. Will let you know how they turn out.
