I just installed a 1" body lift from 4crawler to reduce tire rubbing. Get the steering spacer with the kit. At 1", you won't need to modify anything else, just readjust your shifter linkage, remove the lower fan shroud, and redrill the bumper holes. I think that I can actually put the fan shroud back on and still have about a 1/4" of clearance, so I might try that.

The kit was around $130 with tax and shipping. Very easy to do, especially if you're going to be replacing your bushings anyway. I reused my OEM bushings, so can't comment on poly vs OEM.

I'd recommend a 1" BL in your situation, that should fix your rubbing issue.
