I drilled a hole at the front of the control arms in the lowest spot for drainage. I hit the frame with a 5 lb deadblow hammer and knocked out at least 10 lbs of rust flakes from the entire frame. Natural weight reduction, I didn't get afraid though because of the fact that if you look at any of the rot its all on the bottom on your frame just like mine. This summer i was going to cut the bottom of the frame out and give it a 20 year service, then seal her back up. With fresh steel.
Like you said, anything is fixable.

Past the kink up in the frame is all solid luckily. Just the silt that found its way in the end and kept absorbing moisture caused that. I'm glad it's not terrible and I'm planning on addressing it as best I can.
