True... the bumper was repaired once by a local business in Phoenix. I assumed it cracked after the repair due to a shitty welder... I took it back to the welder and he said there was nothing he could do but weld it again. Since their 1st repair did not work & I can't weld I decided to go a different route.

I could have just had it weld again & sand blasted... then put it up as if nothing happened... however what sort an ass would I need to be to try something like that.
