For my 02 I went with the 4600s paired with new 99 moog coils in the back, and sensen strut combos in the front (sensen was not my choice at the time but they’ve held up well). Couldn’t be happier for my daily driver that occasionally sees the trails. I’ve been running this combo now for 3 years with no issues, still maintains a slight boost over stock height.
