Beginner Fluid Maintenance

What is this thread about:
This thread is for beginners. It contains:

1) Beginner Catalog of Fluids, Maintenance Intervals, Toyota Parts, socket/drive/hex/allen sizes and Torque Specifications

2) TOYOTA 2016-2019 4Runner Repair Manual RM27F0U

3) Oil Change Guide

4) How to Change or Flush Coolant/Antifreeze

5) How to Replace Spark Plugs in a 2013+ Toyota 4Runner

6) 4Runner LibreOffice Personal Schedule

Why did I post this?
There are many really thorough and well made guides for changing the fluids in the 5th gen 4Runners. However, in all of the guides I have ever looked through, it was either missing the fluids that were used, the maintenance intervals, the Toyota parts needed to follow the guide, the tools that fit these Toyota parts or the torque specifications to make sure newbs like me don't royally... mess things up. I'm not a mechanic or even mechanically inclined, so nothing comes easy for me. I imagine there are others out there with my same lack of expertise.

Disclaimer: I am not a mechanic or even mechanically inclined. PLEASE, before buying anything I list here, go to Toyota Parts and Accessories - Official Online Store, select your specific 5th gen 4Runner and verify that the part(s) are compatible with your vehicle. Also, I would wait for the veterans of this site to tear me a new one first, as I'm not promising that everything I post here is perfect or will work for your particular vehicle. The information posted here is from a mixture of different resources, including Toyota Parts and Accessories - Official Online Store, a 2016 Factory Service Manual (FSM), youtube.com and many, many websites including this one.

*NOTE: To determine whether your 4Runner takes a "Japan" or "Local" sourced part, look at the first character in the VIN number:
J = Japan sourced part
1, 4 or 5 = Local sourced part
