Really depends on how you use your rig. Mine is a dedicated off road vehicle and when I venture on dirt im fully loaded for 1-2 weeks of food, water and have a full set of tools and spare parts. Usually travel at a decent pace and often navigating rough washboard roads and whoops. I still bottom out my 899s from time to time.
I've never been a huge fan of air anything in off road suspension. Unless it is on my mountain bikes
