I can't speak to the length of the bolt, but I believe the part number is 90105-10101. It looks like it's only about $3, so I would just buy the OEM part rather than hope you can find something that is the right size at the hardware store. For what it's worth, M14 and 22mm are the same size. The M14 is the diameter of the bolt (14mm) while the 22mm is the socket size of the head (assuming the bolt follows DIN standards, if it follows ISO standards, an M14 bolt would have a 21mm head).
