It's an uncommon size and I don't think it was made in C load by many manufacturers. Falken I believe has it, but it weighs more than some of the similar size E load tires for some reason. Kumho also has it available in their AT51, but that seems like a pretty "mehh" tire from reports out there.
You can get a bit more in C if you go to 255/75R17, which ends up actually a bit taller than a 265/70R17, but generally about .7 inches narrower. This was the stock size on MT equipped Wrangler JKs.
Most people you see mention C are either running 255/75R17 or 285/70R17 from what I can ascertain.
