I’m not sure why that tube had so much build it. The hose wasn’t leaking, but it sure did come off easy. I wonder at some point if the previous owner used tap water when mixing the anti freeze (which was red) and caused the build up. The spring clamp seems to be in good shape, but I’ll put it on the top hose just in case.
