Upper Arms - Worth it? (Eibach Pro Truck Lift)

I have a 2016 SR5 4Runner with an Eibach Pro Truck Lift in stalled now for a few months.
Love the lift, nice improvement over stock.
Before I bought the lift I read that you do not need to change any A-Arms with it, since you are only lifting about 2" or so.
While the ride and handling of my 4R is not bad, I wonder if it could be better.
I do notice a bit more feedback from the road into the steering.
Doesnt wander or anything like that, you just feel the ruts and potholes in the steering a bit more.

Has anyone had this lift, or one like it installed for a while, THEN installed A-Arms?
Did you notice a difference you think made it work getting the arms?

Here is the readout from my alignment.
