FIXED!?!?!!!!!!!

So i was reading on another thread on the site where someone had a similar issue and the common theme seemed to be clean the MAF and reset the computer by disconnecting the battery. Damn near sprayed a whole can of MAF cleaner on that sun' gun and disconnected the battery and left it overnight and fired right up this today and no high idle even when engine is hot. Restarted the car a few times and no issues at all. Took it for a little drive on the highway and all systems are normal. As I'm writing this I'm probably jinxing myself and its probably back but as of now that did the trick.
