I think your draw may be higher than a 50 Liter fridge in the summer (I guess it depends upon the cycle) and since you camp in the winter a Lithium was probably not the best option anyway despite the claims of the LT capable batteries (I haven't yet seen a long term review on how they handle the lower (or higher engine bay as well) temps).

From what I read they dont last as long or work as well with huge temp changes, as their primary purpose seems to be for RV batteries.
