So I’m 6’3” so I don’t use them as a step to get in but I do use them to reach the rack. The bump out area is perfect for me for loading/unloading and even washing the roof.

They seem to sit low enough to easily fit a foot on it, I can get over half my foot on it and feel stable.

I added some 3M safety step at one of the owners recommendations. It’s great on the bump out, awful (for me) by the driver door. I scraped the crap out of my calf so those sections came off haha
