Eibach coil springs vs Old Man Emu coil springs

I have an 07 4runner v6 SR5 4wd currently running the bilstein 5100's in the front and rear. I have the front set on the 2.5" perch and a 1.5" rear spacer. I don't like that I am preloading the springs and am looking into getting the Eibach coils or the OME coils with my bilsteins set at the 0" setting. I have done tons of research on the forums over the past two weeks and am still having a very tough time making a decision. from what I've read the OME provide a smoother ride than the eibachs but I have heard they settle quite a bit after install. I am really happy with the 2.5" lift in the front and would like to aim to keep it at that as I don't want to add new UCA's or do a diff drop. does anyone here have either the Eibachs or OME's running on their v6 4runners? Can you tell me how much lift you got out of them and how much they have settled? I have heard the OME's can settle down an entire inch! Which is why I am looking at the Eibach coils... any input would be extremely appreciated. Thank you!
