Oh, you want front and rear solid axles with locking diffs, a v8 turbo diesel, and a utilitarian interior? No problem. For a country less populated than half of California? - don't even worry about it, we'll still do it.
North America? I think we've got a bunch of leftover parts from the FJ Cruiser we can sell them. Didn't you say there were some old roof racks in the storage shed?
