Lift Installed Need a Little Help with New Issue-Vibration

Alright guys, its been a long time coming but after purchasing my 03 V8 4runner about 8 months ago Ive finally made some decent progress. Compared to many this a pretty light build but well see where it ends up. Anyways have now completed the following items:
  • detailed inside/outside
  • installed new head unit (excelon), speakers and alarm/remote start
  • tint
  • Dobinsons Lift (2.5 front/2inch back)
  • JBA UCA
    • all fluids (except tranny)

Had suspension and UCA completed last week at a local 4wd shop. Since I got it back Im having an issue i was hoping I could get some feedback on.....symptoms when accelerating (specifically in the 20-50 mph range) there is now a vibration. Its not horrible but definitely different and noticeable. Doesnt happen while coasting or much before/after the 20-50mph range. Have searched the forum and read threads about vibrations/shudders associated with the tranny but dont think thats the issue and some recommending needle bearing (but not for AWD model that I have and cant find one for). Some additional details:

Shop installed 2.5 front suspension and 2 inch rear (rated 200 pounds over stock currently do not have any extra weight in there currently, could that be the issue?) and spacers on both driver side front/back to correct lean. JBA UCAs

Shop also replaced the timing belt/waterpump

Shop completed alignment

After picking up the truck I went back and asked the shop what they thought it was. They said drive it for 700-1000 miles and see if works itself out. Currently doing that but thought Id check in with the group, would love to hear suggestions on how to track down the cause of this unappreciated new vibration and possible fixes.

Let me know if more info would be helpful, appreciate any and all feedback. Also attaching before and after pics of lift....new tires are next!

Suggestions/Results
1. Grease drive shaft and ujoints/completed this with no impact to vibrations
2. Check Ujoints/WIP
3. Check drive shaft/WIP
