Since the lift has changed your driveshaft angles, I'd start with an easy/no-cost thing: grease all of your driveshaft u-joints, and the slip yokes.

If that doesn't solve it, move on to other items - such as removing one driveshaft and see if the vibration persists; if so, put it back and remove the other.
