This isn't true. KDSS isn't a dynamic system for normal driving, it's held solid and you just get the cornering benefit from having a big fat swaybar.
KDSS is only "active", as in the piston is allowed to articulate, below ~12mph. There is no dynamic adjustments that happen otherwise during driving.
