Interesting. Very interesting. I recently drove a 2020 4R as a loner car while my 3rd gen 4Runner was getting some maintenance done. While there were certain aspects of the 5th gen I was very impressed with I was a little disappointed by the power. It seemed quite slow and lumbering. The throttle response was slower as well. And this 4Runner only had 400 miles on it.
