You don't need longer brake lines with 2" in the rear. Nor do you need to extend the fronts. Adjustable links will help to get sway bar geometry closer to stock, but I am not sure it's worth it.
I would rather recommend you to look into your front arms. Depending on how old/rusty your 4runner you may need new Lower Control Arms (or at least bushings) to do an alignment. Also with 3" of lift stock Upper Control Arms are going to run out of caster, which could make the vehicle to sort of wonder at hwy speeds and potentially produce an uneven wear on the tires.

hmm, isnt the entry level bilstein kit about 1k+ as well?
I'm going to go with the stock UCAs for now and see how it does. I inspected the front end and everything but the sway bar links look solid, no leaks or rust.
Funny thing is the car is completely stock and it wanders at hwy speeds currently. I think its the busted sway bar links but I'm about to find out i guess. Thats one issue I'm hoping to get rid of for sure.
