Thanks for the support. I just filed the claim a couple of days ago, so the investigation is just under way. Nothing yet to report. Depending on what comes of the investigation, I may file a suit against my seller. Luckily I'm not in a financial position where this really hurts my family, we'll be just fine either way, but I'd love to make some sort of difference for someone down the line that it may financially hurt from something like this.
