I used a c clamp type pusher. I got in off Amazon for about $39.00 it was the 4wd model and it worked great. I did end up cutting off a couple inches of the stem of the ball joint to allow the c clamp to fit over all the adapters and cups. Took a bit of effort with a 1/2" breaker bar put was able to pop both off and install both the adapters for the JBA's with it. No damage to it.
