Define TRD wheels, as in the new ones everyones been ranting and raving over? Regardless, if the lug pattern is right, and if the size is similar or greater to your current wheels, a very good chance they'll fit. Whether or not it's smart decision to run bigger wheels than brakes, is another question
Light bars are not something specific to a vehicle; it is something YOU wire up onto YOUR vehicle yourself, typically controlled by a toggle switch people mount into the dash. If anything the mounting brackets might be for their vehicle, but that's not exactly something impossible, or even relatively hard to fashion yourself.
When you say steps, do you mean nerf tubes or running boards? Probably a no either way, our vehicles had mounts for OME running boards while 2nd gens did not, but that's just my own assumption. I'm sure it's possible to fab them on in some way, I'm assuming you mean direct fit

I’m talking about the wheels that come on the TRD Pro models, that’s what they look like anyway. My current wheels and tires came from a 5th gen so I think the size is pretty similar. It makes sense about the light bar I’ll probably have someone put it on for me I’m not very handy. The running boards look factory so I’m assuming they probably won’t work I’ll have to find others made for my 3rd gen. I’ve been considering upgrading to the tundra big brakes that everyone recommends
